Most of our apparel is made to order, so total delivery time = production turnaround + transit. Here's what to expect.
Print on demand: as little as 24 hours.
Screen print / embroidery: 7–14 business days.
Sublimation (singlets, full-color kits): 14–21 business days.
Turnaround begins after artwork is approved. Large team orders may take additional time — we’ll confirm a timeline when you order.
Once produced, orders ship via standard ground carriers, typically arriving in 2–7 business days depending on destination. Expedited options are available on request.
You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Team orders can ship in bulk to a single coach/rep, or be split-shipped to individual players when ordered through a Team Store. Contact us to set up the option that fits your program.
Local to Western New York? You can arrange pickup at our Lockport, NY location (98 East Ave., Lockport, NY 14094), Mon–Fri 9–6. Just note it on your order or reach out.
