Terms / Conditions

Ready to ship in 15–20 business days on average from the date of payment and art approval. Bundles and volume discounts are available. During holidays, delays should be anticipated.

1. Production is normally 15-20 business days on average from date of PAYMENT & ART APPROVAL.

2. Delivery is normally in 20–25 business days on average from Payment and Art Approval.

3. Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Please inspect your shipment when it is received and report any missing or damaged items immediately.

5. All missing or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Once the damaged item(s) is returned, we will repair or replace it within five business days if possible. Please immediately send an email to: Brianna@TeamRevApparel.com to report any missing or damaged goods.

6. The product is quoted and payable in U.S currency.

7. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless specified in the quote.

8. Payment Terms: Payment in full is due before production. If an approved purchase order is being used, a hard copy must be in hand before production begins, and purchase orders MUST include the following to be accepted and processed:

  • a. Items are listed as stated in the proposal. Shipping charges must be included.

  • b. Accounts payable contact name and number, end user title, email, and mailing address must be provided.

  • c. Purchase order number.

 

9. This quotation is valid for 30 days.

10. This quotation contains company confidential and/ or privileged information. Any unauthorized copying, disclosure, or distribution of the material in this quotation is strictly prohibited.
